SECTION 5-19.1-6

   § 5-19.1-6  Board of pharmacy –Inspectors and assistants. – The director of health is authorized to appoint in accordance with theprovisions of chapter 4 of title 36 an inspector or inspectors who shall beregistered pharmacists, and any other necessary assistants who shall performsuch duties as the board of pharmacy shall designate.
