§ 5-21-7 Severability. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this chapter or theirapplication to any person or circumstance is, for any reason, adjudged by acourt of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, that judgment does not affect,impair, or invalidate the remainder of this chapter or its application to otherpersons or circumstances.
