SECTION 5-29-26

   § 5-29-26  Orthopedic shoes. – Nothing in this chapter is construed to prohibit the fitting, recommending, orsale of orthopedic shoes by retail dealers or manufacturers; provided, thatthey are not made or fabricated from plaster casts or models or by any othermeans for specific individual persons except upon the prescription of apodiatrist or physician.
