§ 5-30-14 Appeals from director anddivision. – Any person aggrieved by any decision or ruling of the director of thedepartment of health, or of the division of professional regulation, in regardto any of the provisions of this chapter, may appeal to the superior court inthe manner provided for in chapter 35 of title 42.
