SECTION 5-34-30

   § 5-34-30  Injunction of violations. –When it appears to the board of nurse registration and nursing education thatany person is violating any of the provisions of this chapter, the director ofthe department of health may cause an action to be instituted, commenced in thename of the board, to enjoin that violation in a court of competentjurisdiction, and that court may enjoin any person, firm, corporation, orassociation from violating any of the provisions of this chapter without regardto whether proceedings have been or may be instituted before the board orwhether criminal proceedings have been or may be instituted.
