§ 5-35.1-5 Registration of optometristsfrom other states. – Any person who presents evidence to the department that he or she is entitledto practice optometry in another state where requirements for registration are,in the opinion of the department, equivalent to those of this state, may belicensed in this state upon payment to the department of a fee.
