SECTION 5-37.2-17

   § 5-37.2-17  Applicability of chapter.– This chapter does not prohibit:

   (1) Gratuitous services of druggists or other persons incases of emergency;

   (2) The domestic administration of family remedies;

   (3) Any person from assisting any person in the practice ofthe healing arts licensed under this chapter, except that this person may notinsert needles into the skin.
