SECTION 5-37-15

   § 5-37-15  Practice of religious beliefs.– This chapter and chapter 30 of this title shall not be construed to affect thepractice of the religious tenets of any church; provided, that any sanitarylaws of the state, or rules and regulations of any officer, board, division ordepartment, as now are or hereafter may be in force, are complied with.
