SECTION 5-37-25.1

   § 5-37-25.1  Injunction of violations.– When it appears to the director or board that any person is violating any ofthe provisions of this chapter, the director or board may institute an actionto enjoin the violation in a court of competent jurisdiction, and the court mayrestrain, and/or enjoin any person, firm, corporation, or association fromviolating any of the provisions of this chapter without regard to whetherproceedings have been or may be instituted before the board or whether criminalproceedings have been or may be instituted.
