   § 5-37-31  Mammograms – Qualityassurance standards. – Any licensed physician interpreting a mammogram must meet state-approvedquality assurance standards for interpreting mammograms. The director of thedepartment of health has the authority to promulgate rules and regulationsnecessary to carry out the provisions of this section.
