SECTION 5-38-11

   § 5-38-11  Responsibility of licensee foracts of agents. – If a licensee is a firm or corporation, it is sufficient cause for thesuspension or revocation of a license that any officer, director, or trustee ofthe firm or corporation or any member, in the case of a partnership, has beenfound by the department of business regulation guilty of any act or omissionwhich would be cause for refusing, suspending, or revoking a license to thatparty as an individual. Each licensee shall be responsible for the acts of anysalespersons or any drive-away tow-away operator acting as the agent for thatlicensee, and for the acts of any salesperson, estimator, or other employeeacting as the agent for that licensee.
