SECTION 5-40.1-13

   § 5-40.1-13  Fees. – When an application is submitted to the division of professional regulation fora license to practice occupational therapy in Rhode Island, the applicant shallpay a non-refundable fee of ninety dollars ($90.00) to the general treasurer. Alicensee shall submit a biennial renewal fee of ninety dollars ($90.00) with arenewal application on or before the thirty-first (31st) day of March of eacheven year pursuant to the requirements of § 5-40.1-12(a)(2), and anyperson who allows his or her license to lapse by failing to renew it in theprescribed manner shall pay an additional fee of forty dollars ($40.00) asreferred to in § 5-40.1-12(a)(5).
