SECTION 5-41-2

   § 5-41-2  Advertising. – No person shall advertise or cause to be advertised for sale those goodsmentioned in § 5-41-1 unless that advertisement also contains the words"Imported goods" in letters at least as large as the figures indicating theprice of the goods being sold; and if the advertisement contains no indicatedprice, the words "Imported goods" in type not smaller than that of the bodytype of the advertisement must be contained in it.
