SECTION 5-44-22

   § 5-44-22  Injunction of violations. –When it appears to the board that any person is violating any of the provisionsof this chapter, the director may institute an action, commenced in the name ofthe board, to enjoin that violation in a court of competent jurisdiction. Thatcourt may enjoin any person from violating any of the provisions of thischapter, without regard to whether proceedings have been or may be institutedbefore the board or whether criminal proceedings have been or may be instituted.
