SECTION 5-45-10

   § 5-45-10  Renewal of licenses –Continuing education. – (a) Every holder of a nursing home administrator's license shall renew it everytwo (2) years by applying to the department on forms provided by that agency.

   (b) Each renewal application shall be accompanied by the feeof two hundred dollars ($200).

   (c) Beginning January 1, 1996, proof of satisfactorycompletion of a minimum of forty (40) clock hours of continuing education everytwo (2) years must be submitted with the renewal application.

   (d) Renewals shall be granted as a matter of course, unlessthe agency finds the applicant has acted or failed to act in a manner or undercircumstances that would constitute grounds for suspension or revocation of alicense.
