SECTION 5-49-10

   § 5-49-10  Notice to department of place ofbusiness – Notice to holders of license. – (a) A person who holds a license shall notify the department, in writing, ofthe regular address of the place or places where he or she engages or intendsto engage in the fitting or the sale of hearing aids.

   (b) The department shall keep a record of the place ofbusiness of licensees.

   (c) Any notice required to be given by the department to aperson who holds a license shall be mailed to him or her, by certified mail, atthe address of the last place of business which he or she has provided thedepartment.
