SECTION 5-51-7

   § 5-51-7  Reciprocity – Waiver ofrequirements for examination. – (a) The board may waive the requirements for examination of a competentlandscape architect holding a license in another state, territory, orpossession of the United States, or in a foreign country, provided that state,territory, possession, or country grants equal rights and has at least equalstandards, and provided that the applicant's license shall be based oncomparable written examinations and that his or her qualifications meet all ofthe requirements of this chapter based on verified evidence satisfactory to theboard.

   (b) The board shall establish standards for the determinationand implementation of reciprocity with other states.
