§ 5-57-42 Appropriations. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sum that it deems necessaryto carry out the purposes of this chapter and the state controller isauthorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurerfor the payment of any sum or so much that may be required from time to time,upon the receipt by him or her of authenticated vouchers.
