SECTION 5-58-11

   § 5-58-11  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation made, or theapplication under this chapter to any person or circumstances, is held invalidby a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the chapter, rule, orregulation, and the application of that provision to other persons orcircumstances, shall not be affected.
