SECTION 5-58-8

   § 5-58-8  Regulation of sales. – The director of business regulation has the authority to promulgate rules andregulations which are reasonable, proper, and necessary to enforce theprovisions of this chapter, to establish procedures for the preparation andprocessing of examinations, applications, licenses, and permits for the conductof auction sales; to deny, suspend, or revoke licenses, or permits, to issuecease and desist orders, to assess administrative penalties of up to onethousand dollars ($1,000) and to establish procedures for renewals, appeals,hearings, and rulemaking proceedings.
