SECTION 5-59.1-12

   § 5-59.1-12  Relicensing – Renewal.– Every holder of a license issued under this chapter shall biannually attest tothe department as to current certification issued by the American Board ofCertification in Orthotics and Prosthetics or the Board forOrthotists/Prosthetist Certification. All licenses issued under this chaptershall expire biannually on the last day of September of every odd numberedyear. A biennial renewal fee of one hundred and seventy dollars ($170) shall berequired. Every orthotist and prosthetist shall conform to the standards of theAmerican Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics or Board forOrthotists/Prosthetists Certification.
