SECTION 5-60-14

   § 5-60-14  Grounds for refusal orrevocation of licenses. – The board may refuse to issue a license to an applicant or may suspend, revoke,or refuse to renew the license of any licensee if he or she has:

   (1) Been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moralturpitude, the record of conviction being conclusive evidence of conviction ifthe department determines after investigation that the person has not beensufficiently rehabilitated to warrant the public trust;

   (2) Secured a license under this chapter by fraud or deceit;or

   (3) Violated or conspired to violate this chapter or rules orregulations issued pursuant to this chapter.
