SECTION 5-63.2-14

   § 5-63.2-14  Examination of applicants.– Examination for licensure shall be conducted by the division as scheduled bythe director of the department of health and offered by the board at leasttwice a year according to methods and in each subject fields that it deems mostpractical and expeditious to test the applicant's qualifications. The board mayrequire examinations to be written or oral, or both. In any written examinationthe identity of the applicant shall not be disclosed to the board until afterthe examination papers are graded. Written examination papers shall bepreserved and available to the board for at least two (2) years.
