SECTION 5-64-6

   § 5-64-6  Applicant qualifications –Permit applications – Fees – Exemptions. – (a) When filing an application for a license the applicant must presentevidence of:

   (1) Completion of a baccalaureate or post-baccalaureatedegree with a program in nutrition or dietetics; and

   (2) Completion of a board approved, planned, continuousexperience in dietetic practice of not less than nine hundred (900) hours underthe supervision of a registered dietitian or dietitian/nutritionist licensed inthe state; and

   (3) Passing an examination.

   (b) Each application shall be accompanied by a fee of ninetydollars ($90.00).
