SECTION 5-64-7

   § 5-64-7  Graduate practice. – Every graduate of a program in nutrition/dietetics, which isaccredited/approved by the American Dietetic Association, who meets thequalifications of § 5-64-6(a) may, upon payment of the requiredapplication fee, perform as a dietitian/nutritionist under the supervision of adietitian/nutritionist licensed in this state. During this period, theapplicant shall identify himself or herself only as a "graduatedietitian/nutritionist". If the applicant fails to take the next qualifyingexam without cause or fails to pass the examination and receive a license, allprivileges mentioned in this section shall automatically cease.
