SECTION 5-68-5

   § 5-68-5  Licensing by training andexamination. – Any person desiring to become a licensed radiographer, a licensed nuclearmedicine technologist and/or a licensed radiation therapist shall makeapplication to the board on a written form and in the manner that the boardprescribes, shall pay all the required application fees and shall furnishevidence to the board that the applicant:

   (1) Has successfully completed a training program approved bythe board;

   (2) Has passed the examination given by the American Registryof Radiologic Technologists, or the Nuclear Medicine Technology CertificationBoard (as specified in the rules and regulations); and

   (3) Is of good moral character.
