SECTION 5-69-9

   § 5-69-9  Fees and renewal. – The non-refundable application fee for licensure shall be fifty dollars($50.00). Licenses shall be renewed every two (2) years on October first ofeven numbered years upon payment of a fee of fifty ($50.00) dollars, compliancewith ICRC/AODA member board requirements, and compliance with any additionalrequirements that the licensing board may promulgate. The requirements mayinclude the establishment of standards for continuing education.
