SECTION 5-73-2

   § 5-73-2  Purpose. – The purpose of this act is to promote public safety, health and welfare byproviding a mechanism to ensure that all roofing contractors conductingbusiness in the state of Rhode Island have the requisite skills, training andexperience necessary to safely and adequately conduct roofing activities withinthis state.
