§ 5-74.1-3 Service of process –Subpoenas. – (a) By acting as an athlete agent in this state, a nonresident individualappoints the Rhode Island secretary of state as the individual's agent forservice of process in any civil action in this state related to theindividual's acting as an athlete agent in this state.

(b) The Rhode Island secretary of state may issue subpoenasfor any material that is relevant to the administration of this chapter.
