SECTION 5-81-4

   § 5-81-4  Restraining prohibited acts– Injunction. – Whenever the attorney general has a reason to believe that any person isadvertising or conducting or is about to advertise or conduct a live musicalperformance or production in violation of § 5-81-3 and that proceedingswould be in the public interest, the attorney general may bring an actionagainst the person to restrain, by temporary or permanent injunction, thatpractice.
