SECTION 6A-1-104

   § 6A-1-104  Construction against impliedrepeal. – Title 6A being a general act intended as a unified coverage of its subjectmatter, no part of it shall be deemed to be impliedly repealed by subsequentlegislation if such construction can reasonably be avoided.
