SECTION 6-13.1-13

   § 6-13.1-13  Price discriminationprohibited. – No person who manufactures or distributes parts for electric and/or gasappliances shall discriminate in the price for which it offers the applianceparts for sale to any person engaged in the business of servicing or repairingthe appliances.
