SECTION 6-16-9

   § 6-16-9  Extinguishment of cause ofaction. – A cause of action with respect to a fraudulent transfer or obligation underthis chapter is extinguished unless action is brought:

   (1) Under § 6-16-4(a)(1), within four (4) years afterthe transfer was made or the obligation was incurred or, if later, within oneyear after the transfer or obligation was or could reasonably have beendiscovered by the claimant;

   (2) Under § 6-16-4(a)(2) or 6-16-5(a), within four (4)years after the transfer was made or the obligation was incurred; or

   (3) Under § 6-16-5(b), within one year after thetransfer was made or the obligation was incurred.
