SECTION 6-17-3

   § 6-17-3  Ouster of corporation from doingbusiness. – If a domestic corporation shall be convicted of a second offense, the superiorcourt shall have jurisdiction upon an action brought by the attorney general onthe part of the state, and if a foreign corporation shall be convicted of asecond offense, the superior court shall have jurisdiction in the same manner,to restrain the corporation from doing business in this state.
