SECTION 6-27-8

   § 6-27-8  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application of any provision of thischapter to any person or circumstance is held unconstitutional, the remainderof this chapter and the application of the provision to other persons orcircumstances shall not be affected thereby, and it shall be conclusivelypresumed that the legislature would have enacted the remainder of this chapterwithout the invalid or unconstitutional provision.
