SECTION 6-38-3

   § 6-38-3  Contract requirements. – No insulation contractor shall install insulation in any existing residential,industrial, or commercial building without providing the owner or lessee,within a reasonable period of time prior to commencement of installation ofinsulation products, with a written contract. The contract, whether prepared bythe contractor or on a form prepared by and available from the state of RhodeIsland, shall clearly and conspicuously state, but not be limited to, theprovisions of § 6-38-4.
