SECTION 6-41-4

   § 6-41-4  Attorney's fees. – If, (a) a claim of misappropriation is made in bad faith, or (b) a motion toterminate an injunction is made or resisted in bad faith, or (c) willful andmalicious misappropriation exists, the court may award reasonable attorney'sfees to the prevailing party.
