SECTION 7-11-606

   § 7-11-606  Civil statute of limitations.– No person may obtain relief under § 7-11-605 unless suit is brought withinthe earliest of one year after the discovery of the violation, one year afterdiscovery should have been made by the exercise of reasonable care, or three(3) years after the act, omission, or transaction constituting the violation.
