SECTION 7-16-44

   § 7-16-44  Appeal from revocation ofcertificate of organization. – (a) Any limited liability company aggrieved by the action of the secretary ofstate in revoking its articles of organization may appeal from the revocationto the superior court by filing with the clerk of the court a petition settingforth the action of the secretary of state;

   (b) The matter shall be tried de novo by the superior court,which shall either sustain the action of the secretary of state or direct thesecretary of state to take any action that the superior court deems proper.

   (c) Appeals from all final orders and judgments entered bythe superior court under this section in review of action of the secretary ofstate may be taken as in other civil actions.
