§ 7-16-55 Action to restrain foreignlimited liability company. – The attorney general of this state may maintain an action in the superior courtto restrain any foreign limited liability company or any of its agents fromtransacting any business in this state in violation of this chapter or if thelimited liability company has failed to comply with any section of this chapterapplicable to it or if the limited liability company has secured a certificateof the secretary of state under § 7-16-50 on the basis of an inaccuratestatement.
