SECTION 7-6.1-8

   § 7-6.1-8  Name – Forfeiture –Judicial action. – Any domestic or foreign person, partnership, association, or corporation exceptproducers' cooperatives, consumers' cooperatives, cooperative banks andcorporations transacting business in the state under any name or titlecontaining the word "cooperative" or any close variation, forfeits to the stateone hundred dollars ($100) for every day the name or title is used. Theforfeiture may be recovered by an information brought in the supreme court orsuperior court by the attorney general or any other person The court may enjointhe unlawful use and may make any other orders and decrees that justice andequity require.
