SECTION 7-6-108

   § 7-6-108  Effect of invalidity of part ofthis chapter. – If a court of competent jurisdiction adjudges any clause, sentence, paragraph,section, or part of this chapter to be invalid or unconstitutional, thejudgment or decree does not affect, impair, invalidate, or nullify theremainder of this chapter, but the effect of the judgment or decree is confinedto the clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part of this chapter adjudgedto be invalid or unconstitutional.
