SECTION 7-6-62

   § 7-6-62  Qualification of receivers.– A receiver shall in all cases be a citizen of the United States or a businesscorporation authorized to act as receiver, which corporations may be a domesticcorporation or a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in thisstate, and shall in all cases give any bond that the court directs with anysureties that the court requires.
