SECTION 7-6-94

   § 7-6-94  Penalties imposed uponcorporation. – (a) Each domestic or foreign corporation that fails or refuses to file itsannual report for any year within the time prescribed by this chapter issubject to a penalty of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each year to beassessed by the secretary of state.

   (b) Each domestic or foreign corporation that fails orrefuses to answer truthfully and fully within the time prescribed by thischapter interrogatories propounded by the secretary of state in accordance withthe provisions of this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convictionmay be fined in any amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500).
