SECTION 7-6-95

   § 7-6-95  Penalties imposed upon directorsand officers. – Each director and officer of a domestic or foreign corporation who fails orrefuses within the time prescribed by this chapter to answer truthfully andfully interrogatories propounded to the director or officer by the secretary ofstate in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, or who signs anyarticles, statement, report, application, or other document filed with thesecretary of state which is known to the director or officer to be false in anymaterial respect, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction may be finedin any amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500).
