SECTION 8-10-14.2

   § 8-10-14.2  Recording and certification ofappointments and revocations – Signature of warrants. – The appointments and revocations of justices of the peace shall be recorded inthe records of the court and certified, by the chief judge making theappointment and revocation, to the secretary of state, and the judge shall alsoissue to the justice or justices of the peace his or her warrant under the sealof the court, by which the justice or justices shall be authorized to performthe duties herein specified, and shall also, whenever he or she shall revokethe appointment, notify the justice of the peace in writing of the revocation.Justices of the peace appointed to issue warrants shall sign all warrants bythem issued as "justice of the peace authorized to issue warrants."
