§ 8-15-7 Annual report of the judiciary.– Under the direction of the chief justice, the court administrator appointedpursuant to § 8-15-4 shall prepare annually a report to the legislature,which report shall contain appropriate statistics bearing on the condition ofthe dockets of state courts and such other information as may reflect theadministration of the state court system. This information shall be furnishedon forms provided by the state court administrator.
