SECTION 8-2-37

   § 8-2-37  Requiring recognizance ofcriminal complainants. – The superior court may require the complainant in any criminal pleading pendingtherein to give recognizance with sufficient surety to prosecute his or hercomplaint, with effect, and in default thereof the court may dismiss thecomplaint.
