SECTION 8-6-6

   § 8-6-6  Filing and publication of rulesand regulations. – Upon the approval of the supreme court, all rules and regulations promulgatedpursuant to § 8-6-5 shall be filed in the office of the secretary of stateand shall be effective upon filing unless with respect to any such rule orregulation the presiding justice of the superior court shall specify a laterdate as the effective date thereof, in which case the rule or regulation shallbe effective upon the date so specified. With each publication of the publiclaws as required by § 43-2-7, the secretary of state shall include allsuch rules and regulations adopted since the last prior publication thereof.
