SECTION 9-1-46

   § 9-1-46  Affirmative defense oftrespasser's intent to commit a crime. – The owner or person legally entitled to possession of any land or buildingshall be entitled to plead as an affirmative defense that the injured personwas trespassing with the intent to commit a felony, which upon proof thereofshall prohibit the trespasser from recovering for personal injuries sustainedwhile upon the land or building, unless those injuries were inflicted byunreasonable force by the owner or person legally entitled to possession of theland or building.
